Is the soda now free?

Did I read correctly that you don't need to purchase a refillable mug?

Can someone confirm this for me?

The mug is for sale as a souvineer only. Its cost is $3. Deck 9 aft (back) port (left) there is a drink station that has free coffee, teas, lemonade, fruit punch, water, soda, and ice. The soda is also free at all dinners, lunches, and breakfasts.

You pay for soda in the bars and from room service. If you get the beer mug, you get the larger size beer for the smaller size price.

Sorry,

There is no FREE soda. You paid for it when you paid the balance on your cabin. Disney stopped charging you again for it in some venues, as others have posted.

Hows about we say "Soda is now included"? BTW, on our cruise 2 years ago, I never bought a soda on ship. There always seemed to be somewhere open to snag one!

Thanks for the all the responses -- I have to agree that I misspoke when I typed "free" -- "included in the price" would have been correct on my part -- sorry -- but I am glad to know that I won't be shelling out more money on soft drinks once I board.
