Is the Rain Forest Cafe @ AK included in the basic dining pan???

Can someone please enlighten me on Rain Forest Cafe @ Animal Kingdom...Is this restaurant included in the basic dining plan? I am finding mixed info on this...One site states it is not included, another site states it is on the dining plan, another site states it is only on the premium and platinum dining plans....Please help!!!

Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom is not included on any dining plan.

Rainforest Cafe at DTD is included on only the Platinum and Premium plans.
