I can make my reservations next week. Is the system still messed up so that you cannot do your +10 and only your arrival day?

I used the old website link to make the majority of my ADRs. I made sure I cleared all the cookies and the history from my computer, relogged into the website and made sure my hotel reservation was linked before reserving anything. I was able to make all of my ADRs for my entire length of stay.

Since then to make changes or I have used the new website. There were a couple of times when it kind of reverted back and didn't remember me (?) and I looked and I had to log back in. I found it was easier to autosave my username and password so I just had to go back and click on log in and then continue and I was right back in.

When I finished all of my reservations were on MDE and I received all of my emails. I don't know if that helps....

Just from personal experience--

After seeing everyone complain about the new site and saying to use the old site, that's exactly what I tried to do last month for my ADRs. When I went to log in, NOTHING HAPPENED. I finally went to the new site, and was able to get all my ADRs (including BOG) with no problems at all.

When I received the link to the old website (from the Dis, by the way!) it was off putting at first. It looked like the entire top portion was missing. I originally thought it was because I'm on a Mac, but maybe not. There is a side menu and all you have to do is check the button that says dining and you can put in your restaurant and date. Once you get to the next page it looks just like the old site again :)

I was able to make one reservation for BOG. It took me 45 minutes. But nothing after that. Pretty frustrating. Now on hold with dining.

I have found in making ADR's for a couple upcoming trips, that in order for the system to recognize my 180+10 I had to click on My Disney Experience first on the Disney home page. Then it brought up the page that shows the daily itinerary for my trips. On that page is a link to make dining reservations. If I click on that, when I select dates it shows my trip highlighted in grey on the calendar. If I go from the Disney home page directly into dining to make my ADRs, the dates are not highlighted, and it didn't allow me to book the +10.

Yep... That is what I'm doing but still doesn't work. It will give me an error message that dining reservations not available at this time. I've made another reservation while on hold. But I logged out and then, signed back in. I'm on Hawaii time so this pretty frustrating. It is 2 am now. I've spent 1 hour 52 minutes to make 2 reservations.

My 180 days was yest and I've tried old new and phone trying to get CRT all day yest and this morn only to be told its still not loaded after nov 22. I need the 23rd urgggggg so frustrated.

I was just able to successfully use the on-line reservation system for dining. What a relief! Wishing everyone else doing 180 + 10 lots of success today!

I was able to everything yesterday for our Thanksgiving trip with the exception of CRT. The second CM I spoke to said the calendars had not been loaded yet and when they were it was be available online. Still waiting.

Edited to add: CRT is now available for 11-25-13. I just booked for that AM.

I'm still having trouble making an ADR online for the diner shows for October. I guess today I'll have to call.

How do you make on-line ADR's? I've been doing mine on the phone, but calling from Canada to the US is getting very expensive! I need to find a cheaper way to make my changes.

Thanks in advance! :)

Through their website under My Disney Experience https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan/ You need to login or create a login if you don't have one. Then, you can make reservations however, if you want to make reservations for 180+10 you need to add your hotel reservations to your account.

Thank-you

My 180+10 day is way past, so I'm hoping I will be able to do it! I already have all my ADR's made, but I've changed some things, so I need to make some changes to my dining reservations.

No problem with the website for me but I did accidentally schedule Akerhus on May 25th (the morning I was making all my ADRs) instead of November 25. I saw a charge for $30, called dining, and was told I didn't go to my adr. :headache: Nice lady took the charge off when I explained I meant it for November 25th. Apparently, I don't function well at 3:15 (PST) in the morning.
