Is the new dining plan going to affect those with free dining?

Sorry if this is a repost.
Basically I read all about the new dining plan stuff- is this going to affect those with free dining in the fall??? Because having to pay tip when I did not budget it into my vacation plan- will be awful.

I am also worried about cast members saying that tip IS NOT included when we go in September, and it still is?

Please someone help me out here if you know.

Ok so I think I understand now. None of these changes will go into effect until 2008?

The new plan doesn’t start until January 2008.

That's correct... these changes just pertain to 2008 vacations.
