Is the meal plan worth it?

I was looking into the meal plan but i'm not sure it would be worth it?

I was considering it also...but after seeing the restaurants (Mel's Diner being one of them ) participating I changed my mind. I'm not going to be eating enough from those places to get my money's worth.
