Is the JC Penney Anna dress the same as the Disney Store one?

The JC Penney one has the advantage of being available at the mall down the street, where we'd have to wait to order the Disney Store one when it comes back in stock. If it's of higher quality, it might be worth it, though.

It is not the same, but it is still nice quality
I was disappointed with the Disney store quality, I really wish the cape wasn't so cheap feeling
I would buy the JCPenney version given the price points

Thank you! DD has been working hard on getting bed on time and without whining for the past three weeks in order to "earn" her dress. I guess I'll grab the dress this afternoon after work.

The Disney Store one has a removable cape but the JC Penney one has the Cape is attached. That is the biggest difference I noticed. The JCPenney costumes are really nice and well made.
