Is the Disney phone App accurate ?

Was checking wait times at MK this morning just to get used to how to use the app.
Park opens at 9am according to the app, no early magic hour. It's 8:30 and there Is a wait time of 110 minutes at SDMT ???

Touring Plans Lines app is far more accurate than the Disney app.

A few times last trip, rides were showing as open on MDE when they were closed.

Lines shows you both posted and expected waits and it's usually right on the money.

The MDE app is only accurate in that it usually matches the posted wait time at the attraction...which is often inaccurate.

Yep, it accurately matches what is shown on the ride at the park.
Is that accurate? Not often. Guess they get lucky every now and then and it's right
