We are going to Sea World in November and I've been reading about the dining plan and it sounds great. But in November Sea World is only open til 6pm. First, is that enough time to see and do everything? And second, is the dining plan still worth it? When the park is open til 10pm that's an extra 4 hours, enough time for a whole extra meal. I'm figuring we'll have to eat breakfast before we leave. I cannot imagine we'd be hungry again til about 12:00-1:00. Then try to fit in a whole other meal by 30 minutes before the park closes which would be 5:30. That almost seems like we are eating just to try to get our monies worth. And wasting park time by stopping and eating 2 meals. We are 3 adults and 4 kids. The ages of the kids are 12, 10, 8 & 2. So the 12 & 10 year olds would be $29.99 each. By the time we pay for everyone we are at $165 plus tax. I'm really thinking the dining plan just isn't worth it at that time of year. It's not going to be super hot so we won't have the benefit of grabbing waters every hour, just won't need to hydrate ourselves that much.
Am I missing something or is the dining plan not that great of a deal with the much shorter park hours?
