Is the dine all day plan worth it?

We were thinking of eating at the dine with the sharks restaurant, which I know isn’t included, but I thought maybe it was the same as Coral
Reef which we just ate at last year. Also, are ice cream type stands included?

I really liked Shark's food, I have not eaten at Coral to compare. I went last year in Sept during Magical Dining and though it was a great deal. I do like the dining plan when included in the tickets or at a deal, IF you are not eating at Sharks. I would not pay full price for it. The ADD does not include snacks at all. So if you are a snacker, this would not be a good deal. You get an entree, side and drink every 90 minutes. See the website for options. One notable one not included in the pretzel place which I really like for park food.

The plan is only $30 a day when you buy with your ticket through Undercover Tourist so that seems like a great deal. I read that you can’t get bottled water with your meal and we aren’t soda drinkers so that’s something to think about.

I agree for $30 it's a great deal. You can get free water from any of the soda fountains or any of the drink huts around the park. You can ask for a cup or just fill up a personal water bottle or refillable cup.

Thanks! Which are the best restaurants to try with the dining plan? Are the lines longer if they are on the plan?

Thanks for the link! I didn’t see hours for restaurants. Do any serve breakfast?

My info is old, at the time it was only Seafire Grill serving breakfast. I don't know if that has changed.

Based on the last time I did it I would skip the pretty sad breakfast options because they took quite a long time during the valuable first hour, for not-so-impressive food. It was muffins and maybe fruit/yogurt type stuff, not bad but just not worth the bother. And they were so slow activating people's dining deals, all for a muffin & a drink.

Next time we opted to skip breakfast & just grab real early lunch as soon as the lunch places opened. I would prefer to do that again, it worked better.

We have a non rider pick up donuts and coffee as we bolt to Manta and Pipeline.
Timewise, the all day dining isn't worth it to us. We also eat at festival booths or Sharks almost exclusively now.

Seafire Grill is the only breakfast spot. They open when the park does. They serve muffins, fruit and drinks: coffee, milk and soft drinks. I like to grab food before the shows so whatever is closest. I always hit up Voyagers Smokehouse and both Waterway and Lakeside Grill were decent last trip.

I get it and think it's worth it (a good deal) if I am going to have both lunch and dinner in the park and am not planning on doing a special restaurant that it doesn't cover (Dine with Shamu or Sharks underwater grill).

If it's going to be a shorter day or if I am doing specialty dining, I skip it.

Exactly this. I'll do a day with it, then the other day with festival booths and/or Dine with Orcas.

we usually get it and make sure we have dinner before leaving the park, so lunch and dinner and a few snacks between well worth the cost.
Plus we usually purchase during black friday sales, quite often they have a 2 for 1 deal on the all day dining plan.

The three park ticket I bought last year (SW, BG & Aquatica) had All Day Dining included for your first visit to each park and we certainly made full use of it, but at the same time I didn't miss not having it on our return trips. Like others above, we made sure to get at least two full meals worth of value out of it, plus when in Busch Gardens we used it to buy a drink and a snack literally as we were leaving the park for the car journey back to Orlando.

depending on when one visits, if eligible for military discounts, they various ones, worth checking. Especially, for the fun card over Black Friday sale
