Is the counter service meals (lunch only)?

Can I use a counter service meal during the late afternoon (4-6). If I use 2 TS meals on cinderella round table I was wanting to use a cs meal for evening meal.

You can use a counter service anytime--breakfast, lunch or dinner

You can use your TS and CS meals at any time of the day. You can even use 2 CS one day and then 2 TS the next.
