When you are on the DDP, is the bottomless milkshake considered your drink or your dessert?

Last September they let us have it as our drink. But after that as your drink you won't want desert. :lmao:

My DH and I took apple pies back to our room for later. He ate both of them.

I'm not a huge milkshake person, but I'd like to try one. I seriously doubt that I would ever get it refilled, so I really didn't want to use it as my dessert. I want to try the cinnamon tortilla w/ice cream and bananas foster sauce for dessert. That sounds sooo good to me!! (I think I'm drooling now! :lmao: )

The cinnamon tortilla with the bananas foster sauce was my FAVORITE dessert of my entire trip last Aug.:cloud9:

Make sure you save room for it!

Enjoy!!!:wave2:

I actually shared my DH's appetizer and then just had the shake for my dinner (well, actually a couple of shakes). It was a great dinner! Plus, that saved me a TS to use somewhere else.

We were there in Oct and they wouldn't let us use the milkshake as a drink. I really believe it depends on who waits on you. I have heard it can go either way. Just wanted to let you know to ask up front or you may be paying for the shake.

This was the one place my family decided to share 2 credits instead of using 4. Since my son and I love nachos, my big plan was to order 4 milkshakes (using the two drinks, and two desserts), 2 nachos, and then let my husband and daughter pick whatever entree they wanted and call it good.

When it came time to order dessert we told our server we would prefer to skip it and apply the cost of two of the shakes towards dessert. She was extremely displeased and said it wasn't allowed. I told her that was fine, to just charge us for the two milkshakes OOP, but we still were too full for dessert and wouldn't be ordering any.

She returned with our bill and said not to worry about it...she would make an exception and allow us to use the milkshakes as desserts just that one time. It wouldn't have mattered to me either way, but I was happy it turned out the way it did.
