Is the AP for both WDW & DL no longer available?

My DIL is registered for the Princess Half 2017 at WDW and is planning to run the Tinkerbell 2017 at DL. So I went looking for the AP that covers both resorts and can't find it anywhere. Is it gone?

Yes, it saw a HUGE jump in the last round of price increases. Even last summer it wasn't that much. Had I not already bought DL tickets when I decided to get a WDW AP I would have gotten the both coast AP

Yep.

One race on each coast does NOT cause the AP to make sense. Not even when it was cheaper, because tickets were cheaper, too.

I desperately WANT this AP (not sure why, I just do), and I haven't been able to make it work since it came out. Just doesn't make sense.

WDW and DL APs have both increased significantly. I used to plan 2 DL trips in a year and get a Deluxe AP, which has some peak blackout dates. It was around $325 I'd say 5 years ago, now $599.
