Hi I believe we are switching our November dates to go for Halloween. I would love to do the party on Halloween night. Is that party crowded? Does anyone have experience with that one? Thanks for any input.:goodvibes

Yes, I am sure MNSSHP will be sold out for Halloween night, so it would certainly be crowded. It would be fun, though!

I've never been to the one on Halloween night but from what I've read here it sells out very quickly too. I'm sure it's still alot of fun though!

It does sell out, and it is pretty crowded. I was there this past year on Halloween. I think it depends on what you want to do though. If you are going to meet characters, the lines for that are pretty long. But the trick or treating lines aren't bad and the lines for rides are pretty short. The hardest things to do are meet the characters and see the parade (it gets crowded pretty early). Overall, I would definitely do it again on Halloween. You just have to make sure you go in with a plan of action.

Thanks laughinplace (love the name) I appreciate the info. If I can purchase the tickets before they sell out I think i'm going to go for it! My kids will really enjoy it. If not there is one on the friday we arrive (but we may be tired, we go for the earlierst flight out) and there's also one on tuesday November 1st. I'm sure the crowds that night will be low, but it won't feel like Halloween to me :confused3

It is crowded and it sells out way before Halloween( usually during the summer).I am thinking since Halloween is on a monday this year, that any of the weekend parties before may also sell out.Nov 1st sometimes sells out.I don't think it did last year, but it did the year before

We went two years ago on Halloween night and it was fantastic! We didn't have more then a ten minute wait for any ride some even less. But I will tell you we did not go to any parades, where everyone was, so it was very doable. Candy lines look long but go by very quickly, they are a bit deceiving.

This was the highlight of our trip, 7 yo and 14 yo loved it! Highly recommend it!

I went this past Halloween and had a fantastic time. It was sold out, but the candy lines really moved quick, ride lines were short. It was crowded for the fireworks, but the 2nd parade was great from Frontierland. We didn't do any meet & greets (kids not interested). The weather was wonderful too!

We went to this special event last year on Oct 30. It was worth the extra money. Our kids were able to ride the bigger kid rides again and again without waiting in lines. The only lines we ran into were for Peter Pan and Its a Small World. The fireworks and parade were awesome. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I went last Halloween and it was waaay crowded. Don't know that i would go again on Halloween.
