Not sure this is actually "planning"...but I can't find a "dreaming" board. We love Disney and haven't gotten to go the past two years...lost job due to economy, etc.
Well, this year I am taking a paycut in the form of furlough days. I looked at the calendar today and thought, "Lemons to lemonade?" I have four consecutive days off in February...for the first time in my life!
I've taken a part-time job this summer to earn money for Christmas. I started thinking...what if I can turn the Christmas gifts into a Disney trip? I'm still not sure if I can swing WDW...may have to go with DLR since it's so much cheaper. But, hey, it's Disney!
With electronic filing I'm betting I could file my taxes and have my refund before the trip.
Right now I'm just dreaming...gotta make sure I can still put enough into savings to be able to say I'm at least making an effort to be responsible,
, but now that I'm thinking, I feel like we're half way there!
