Is Target selling the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Plushies

I saw on Ebay that Target is now selling the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge plushies and they appear to be the same as the plushies sold in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge in the theme parks but these ones have the red Target sticker with the white bullseye and I'm wondering if Target is now selling these as a new item. Also is there a Luke Skywalker plush in this set as well because I only have seen Ewoks and Wooklees released so far?

I also learned that these Galaxy's Edge plushies consist of five characters and also make sounds as well. My favorite one of the bunch is the Loth Cat because it reminds me of a lynx
