Is SWA Cancelling Painless ?

I've never done it before.
Is the process to cancel flights onlne easy and painless?
Is it as simnple as following the cancellation process online which then spits out a TTF number with the expiry date on it?
Is there any limitations to the number of cancellations and credits to TTF within the one year period ?

I've never had any trouble using the "Itineray Change" feature or opening up two windows and cancelling one and immediately applying the funds to another. I've also easily booked new flights with TTF left over from other trips, both for myself and others. I really like SWA.

I won't be immediately booking other flights.
So....is it a simple cancel process ?

Yes you just cancel and you are givin a TTF voucher number and date .Keep them in a safe place I'm not sure they can look them up for you.

Thats it then within the time period of the date when you book another flight it will ask for payment and there's a block for TTF you enter the number and it deducts it from the total.
