Is Space Mtn Ghost Galaxy for Halloween in Oct?

It's 7 yrs since I've been to DLR, so doing a lot of research.

Is Space Mtn Ghost Galaxy on all the time during Oct, or only during the parties?

All the time, you don't need a party ticket to enjoy Ghost Galaxy. Same is true for Haunted Mansion Holiday

The ride is re-done to be Ghost Galaxy during the entire Halloween season.

Yes, space mountain becomes ghost galaxy from sep 14 to oct 31, or a few days after.
