is soy milk available in parks ?

can anyone tell me if you can get soy milk at any of the parks , or do I need to bring some and get a frig at the hotel ?

No - My dd drinks soy milk and I did a grocery stop and purchased the 8oz boxes. They are packaged like juice boxes so you don't have to refridgerate. She brings them for lunch and they worked out great at the parks. I would carry one and when we stop for lunch/dinner I just got a cup of ice and chilled the soymilk.

Are you interested in any sit-down meals? When you make your Priority Seating arrangements, have Disney Dining list a milk allergy . They will give you a number to call 7 days before your PS. Talk to the chef and they will be sure to have soy milk available. They also had soy ice cream available for my daughter’s dessert.

I am allergic to dairy & I have found I can ask if they offer soy or rice milk. Most of the places do.

WDW has everything!! My daughter is allergic to dairy, and on our last trip she was extremely catered to. We did call ahead for our sitdown meals, but even counter service restaurants were prepared. At MK, the Main St. Ice Cream shop even has 3 flavors of Rice Dream Ice Cream available (You need to ask) All restaurants will prepare food special for you, if you ask. (ie. mashed potatoes without milk and butter, pizza without cheese)

On our trip last month, rather than worrying whether or not I'd be able to find soy milk (many places DO NOT carry it), I asked for a refrigerator in our room. If you tell the hotel that you have a medically necessary special diet, they will usually give you the refrigerator at no cost -- it's worth asking for. Just remember to double-check that there is no cost for the refrigerator during your check-in.

My 2 year-old son drinks 1.5 gallons of soy milk each week -- can't stand the stuff myself. We did take the insulated sippy cups to help keep his milk cold while he drank it. Would fill the cup in the morning before breakfast and again in the evening to take to dinner.
