Is something wrong with Touring Plans crowd calendar?

I have a trip planned for January 27-31 and set up alerts on TP to track the crowd calendars for my date. It has been saying those dates are mostly 2 and 3 for crowds. I randomly checked the site and they've now gone up to 4, 5, and 7.

First of all, i didn't get an email alert which is strange. Then I noticed that Islands of Adventure is at a 7 for the rest of the year with no variation. My dates in January are now higher than most of November and December.

Do you think the site is having problems or is January supposed to be busier than Nov/Dec?

Isn't that generally the weekend for the Celebration of Harry Potter? Wonder if that is overlapping with your dates?

I'm coming in the Sunday it ends. I just thought it strange that IOA is a 7 from january 1-june 1 2019. Seems glitchy.
