Is Sea World Pooh Friendly?

I have not been to Sea World in almost 10 years!! I will be going in August of this year with my family. My nephew will want to ride the "Big Kid" rides, and I am the only one who will go with him, but I am Pooh sized and use to Disney's Pooh Friendly atmosphere. What will I be able to go on? Anyone have any experience with Sea World Pooh Sized? Thank you!!

Rows 4 and 5 of Kraken have an extended seat, like at Universal or Busch. Manta doesn't seem to give too many people issues, but the standard disclaimer signs are up. Atlantis seems rougly comparable to a Disney ride.
