I love the Dis Unplugged and the Disboards, but I have absolutely no desire to work for either one. There's nothing like getting 'behind the scenes' to kill the magic. This is no slight to Pete or the Team, it's just the reality of the working force. . . at least for me. My bestfriend [of 35 years] and I are in the exact same profession [legal], but again, we have NEVER had a desire to work together.

Why ruin a good thing?

The Dis Unplugged is my happy place . . . and it probably wouldn't be my happy place if it was my job. But I love to see them everytime I get the chance - like this December.

It is funny you should say this. I was telling Walter on Podcast Cruise 2.0 I may never want to see their recording studio because in my mind their studio is how I draw it. I am afraid if I actually saw the real studio I wouldn't be able to draw it the way I do.

But then I think it would be cool to sit in on a podcast taping. So then maybe I could redraw the Podcast pictures to fit the real thing. Oh the decisions......
