Hi! This may be a silly question...but I haven't been here in years, and it was pre-kids...now we're going with our DD4 and DS1, and I was wondering if it is good for them as far as atmosphere? Are the movie clips they play scary, like with monsters? Is it very dark? I can't seem to remember...thanks to all you experts!! We leave TOMORROW!!! Woo-hoo!

It is not that dark and I don't think the clips are very scary, even for small children. It is mostly trailers of silly looking monsters and much of it is to music with an occassional cartoon, campy refreshment stand ad, and "home of the future" short thrown in.

We took my daughter when she was 3 and it didn't bother her at all.

I didn't think it would be too bad, seeing as it is in Disney...lots of kids, etc...but just wanted to be sure!! Thanks for the quick reply!

When we went my children was 6 and almost 2 and they didn't think much of it. My 6 yr old was laughing the whole time. And like the pp said, it's not really that dark.

But you know your children better. If they get easily frightened by things like this, it would be up to you. I would think that the occasionaly noises from Rainforest Cafe would be more frightening.
