Is Sanaa worth it?

I have ressies at Sanaa for lunch on our AK day. We will be paying OOP for this meal. We are on the DDP, but were going to make a special exception for this meal because we wanted to try it. We are doing dinner at WCC after park close the same day.

My question is...is it worth losing park time and paying cash to eat at Sanaa? We do have ressies at Boma later in the week (must-do, kids' fave).

We ate there on our last trip and DH and I both felt it was the best meal we'd ever had at WDW. We're going to try to hit it for both lunch AND dinner on our next trip.

This was my favorite meal from our trip last year. I had the sustainable fish, it was soooo good. The bread sampler platter with the dips was very good too!

We've eaten there on 2 of our last 3 trips. It's one of our favorite meals at WDW.

When 7 YO DD was given the chance to pick one of our TS last year, she chose Sanaa.

This is so good to hear! We are staying at AKL in April and thought we might try to hit Sanaa for lunch. Nephews are big fans of naan bread!

IF the food appeals to you, I would definitely check it out. WE thought it was fantastic, and are planning to go back again. (I didn't think they were open for lunch, but I could be wrong here.)

I was wrong - they definitely have lunch,

It's worth the cash, IMO. However, I personally would choose dinner as AK closes early and it is easy to get from AK to AKV.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback! It sounds too awesome to miss!!! OK, now I'm really excited for this meal.

On my last trip we dined at Sanaa for lunch and the time before that we had dinner. Definitely enjoyed the dinner more - it was later in the day, and the animals around the hotel were more active for ambiance and as the sun set it made for a great atmosphere. Food was great both times - I paid OOP for one meal and DDP for the other. When I paid OOP felt less restricted and paid for the breads with the different spreads - which was a great choice. I love BOMA also, but Sanaa is a definite must do for dinner

MY DH and I loved it. The service was great, the wine list was good, and the food was fantastic. If you have never had fresh naan bread, you are in for a treat!

This is the only restaurant our entire family loves, quite possibly our best meal
on property.
