Is reservation needed for City Works?

Hello, we will be in WDW this summer. Interested in trying City Works and Disney Springs. Do you recommend a reservation or is it easy to get a table there? Thx
 
We made reservations ahead of time both times that we went there. I would rather have a reservation and not need it than need one and not have it.
