1. Yes.
2. Gets mixed reviews. I liked the food. I don't use the dining plan but I think it's one of the few QS that might actually be a good deal on DDP.

My family ate there in May and none of us were impressed with the food. Just my 2 cents. IMO there are better restaurants in DS.

It is quick service.

I, personally, was not impressed by the food. I liked their meats and sauces, but none of the sides were notable. I wouldn't return.
