Is Pirates of the Carribean really haunted?

Word on Main Street is that something happened to someone named George who was working on POTC and fell and died. Now people are saying that all the employees must say good night to George every night or else strange things will happen the next day. I was recently there and asked a employee and they confirmed it but I am not sure if they were pulling my leg. Can anyone comment or confirm.
