Is Pirate Night the same day as Castaway Cay?

If sailing to the Bahamas on a 4 night (Disney Dream) can we expect Pirate Night to be on the day we depart Castway Cay?

You can find out for sure if you look on the the planning page where you go to book excursions, dining etc. It will show up under Ship activities by day.

Also, you could look at a past Navigator of a 4 night cruise and see when they had them. On our recent 3 night cruise (Dec 2nd) Pirate night was Nassau.

Generally, on a 4 night cruise, Pirate night is night 3. But it can change. They switched our Pirate night and Halloween on the High Seas day on our 4 night cruise due to the weather report being unfavorable for fireworks on night 3.

On our upcoming cruise in March, the Cruise Activities Overview shows "Pirate Deck Party" as a ship activity on the 3rd, which is also the day we're at Castaway Cay.

Well, when booking BBB, the Pirate League makeovers are only available on Pirate night. If that helps.

Which is also how to figure out when Pirate Night is if your cruise is one of the glitchy ones that shows it twice.

Night 3 is Castaway Cay for us...I think we may do the last Sea Day so she can sport the hair in the parks the next day.

For my Dream cruise last year the Pirate Night was the same day we arrived at Castaway Cay. In fact I wore a pirate hat for the Castaway Cay 5K just to get a jump start on the evenings celebrations.
