Yep, it sure is! We've had lunch there a couple times. They have Pizza, salad, chicken nuggets, etc. Normal Counter service fare. For a counter service close to Fantasyland that serves a filling and yummy meal, I'd reccomend Columbia Harbour House over Pinnochio.

1) It really never is.
2) The only good thing is sitting overlooking the "iasm" boats.

NOTE: For a Quick Service eatery, Pinocchio's is way
behind Pecos Bill's and Columbia House for quality. The
sandwiches are pretty high priced. The meatball sub and
the Mediterranean salad are acceptable. The pizza is like
cardboard and the chicken worse than at political fund
raising dinners. If you're lucky enough to get a table over
Small World, so much the better for the view.

Not my favorite cs in MK, but not bad either. If you go, try to get a seat that overlooks It's a Small World, my kids loved watching the boats go by!

Thanks, everyone. We need a counter service restaurant for dinner that day. We're eating at Crystal Palace for breakfast, packing our lunch and staying all day until the 7pm close. We're vegetarians, so I was looking at Pinocchio as well as Columbia Harbour House and Tortuga Tavern. The kids won't eat Veggie Burgers, so Cosmic Ray's is out.

The veggie pizza at Village Haus isn't bad. CHH while it isn't my favorite CS for vegetarian offerings a lot of people do love the hummus sandwich. I don't mind it, but prefer the broccoli slaw on the side. I found that if the slaw was on top of the sandwich, I just could not taste the hummus. They also have a vegetarian chili. Also just to let you know Cosmic Ray's also offers a veggie wrap and the taco salad at Pecos Bill's can be made vegetarian. Tortuga also has veggie tacos if I remember right and the Main Street Bakery has a tomato and mozzarella sandwich (caprese).

Happy to help! Tortuga is open so sporadically.. Almost every trip we have taken it has been open, but a lot of posters note that it is closed when they have been there. Really wish they would just leave it open year round. One more thing to note there is a stand near Pecos Bill's called Golden Oak or something similar that sells vegetable flatbread. Might make for another good back up!
