Is Philharmagic shown at certain times?

Have found a description of Philharmagic but can't find the time and place it is shown. Any info is appreciated.

Philharmagic is located in Fantasyland opposite King Arthur's Carousel in the building where "legend of the Lion King" was.
Shows are continuous ala ITTBAB and HISTA.
