Is packing light possible???

The bags that you roll are called Pack Mates. We used them to pack my pillow when we traveled to Europe for 2 weeks - my pillow was less than 1/2" thick once the air was rolled out - love them!

Pack 1/2 the number of outfits you'll need and do laundry one afternoon while swimming or while the little one naps.

This is a great idea! Can you give me an idea of how "easy" it is to get an available laundry machine? We were at the beach last week and our resort had one machine on each floor and it was ALWAYS being used.

This last trip, I sent a box with everything that was not coming home with me(toiletries, diapers, wipes, $ store goodies, snacks, sunscreen, etc.) It was a really good idea...Even though I had to pay $10.00 to get my box from the front desk!! I have decided for our next trip that I will be packing lighter. The truth is you can pretty much buy anything that you might find out that you need once you get there. I also order from Garden Grocer too...

This, too, is a great idea!! But why in earth did they charge you $10 to pick up your box? Was this a Disney property? I've never heard of them charging to pick up your box!

Each resort has a laundry facility that has several washers and several dryers. I haven't used the laundry rooms in a few years (we now have DVC) but I don't recall having any problem getting either machine.

We were just @ Pop in May--during all the rain, went through more clothing than usual because of it. We packed heavier than usual because we went to a wedding after Disney and needed some other kinds of clothing.
I used the Purex sheets and they were great. I did laundry three times and did have to come back a couple of times at one point because all the machines were in use. I ended up taking it down as soon as I woke up--around 6 and by the time we were ready to leave it was all done, just set the alarm on my phone to remember to switch it. I would expect it to be busy in the early evening time when people are throwing a load in while they take a swim or whatnot.
No matter what I do it seems like I have too much stuff and then you have times where I actually seem to use all that I bring! Maybe by my 100th trip to Disney I'll have it figured out!
