or am I just talking to the wrong person???
I have booked a room in November at WL CL. We just returned from a week long stay there (also CL) and I want to switch resorts on my November trip. I was not at all happy with the CL staff at WL or our stay there and would rather stay at another resort. The problem is I had received the 40% off code and applied that to my November stay. I just called CRO and explained to them how unhappy I was at WL and asked if I could switch to another deluxe and maintain the code. (I also mentioned that I needed to book two additional rooms at full price because we decided to have my parents and ILs come with us.) The CM put me on hold and came back and said the supervisor said that the reservation couldn't be changed and keep the discount because it expired mid-March. (Which I know.)
Is this a case of it really not being able to be changed or am I just speaking to the wrong person?
