Is Never Land Kids Club Open or Closed?

Hi All,

I've heard Never Land kids club at Polynesian will be closing. Does anyone know if that's true? and/or when it's closing?

We'll be staying at the Polynesian for five nights in January, and would love a recommendation of where we can go for kids' club, if Never Land is out.

I read somewhere that it would be closed from January - March 2014, and re-opening in April 2014; not 100% sure though. I'd call directly, they may have backup sites you can use.

I just called for a night in early April and the CM said Neverland club was not showing any availability but wasn't marked as being closed for refurb at that time. She wasn't able to tell if they had not opened their booking window yet or if it was actually going to be closed for our time frames. I'll try again in a few weeks.

I phoned and confirmed --- twice! -- that it will be open until January 28. They said that they aren't able to take advance reservations the last few days, for some technical reason, but that we should check back closer to arrival time, and/or be able to do a walk-in.

I'd love to know this info also! I was told it would be closed well into October 2014 I'm keeping fx this is wrong information.

I called 2 weeks ago and had the same technical problem but, after the CM checked, she found that it was going to be closed. The date we tried to reserve was the 15th of Jan.

I'm gonna call back later today and see if I can get more info.

The latest I've seem is it is closing Jan 28 and not reopening in 2014.

Also be aware that when you call you are not getting the hotel. Just a call center and they don't always have the most accurate info.
