Is National still at WDW?

Here's what we're thinking...

Fly into MCO, use FLTours to go to WDW BCV,
more family arrives in a few days, rent a car/van x2,
move to the house rental for 10 days, family goes home,
we go back to BCV for a few days,
return car/van at WDW,
FLTour s back to airport.

We would like to avoid the rental car pick up/return hassle at MCO

Which rental company is onsite, either Car Care Centre, or at one of the resorts..? I thought the Swan/Dolphin had a desk...

Any help, experience, tips, what cost might look like...etc, is all appreciated!
