I just called them regarding DH's WC. Of course no one answered the phone so I had to leave a message. They won't answer e-mails so I guess I don't have a very good chance of getting a return call from them.

I got my Rainforest Cafe gc in the mail yesterday. This one took much longer than my first one, but at least it did arrive!

I'm still waiting for a $25 webcert from the end of November! I got the 5-7 day e-mail 2 weeks ago. I e-mailed them the other day & got the standard response, but nothing else. DH also has enough for s $25, but I'm afraid to let him cash out. I guess the best thing to do is to cash out & then fight to get it!!

After pending for about 3 weeks, my webcertificate redemption points disappeared from the pending column! Yeah! So I do expect that email from webcertificate within the week regarding the webbie!

No points yet for holiday shopping....

I also received my RFC GC yesterday. It took about 4 weeks from the time I cashed out. I have 2 others pending.

Which Tupperware link is still working? Does the one under new deals work? I tried the once a month link a few days ago and was told that it had expired. I called Tupperware and cancelled my order.

My points for a $25 WC were deducted from my account on 12/18. I got an email telling me that my reward was processed, but I haven't gotten anything saying that I got the WC. Should I get in touch with them or wait a while longer?

I'm on the phone with Paul from Mypoints right now. He said there was a communication breakdown between Mypoints and WC for the month of December. So if you're waiting on a webbie from December I suggest you call them. He's checking with WC right now to make sure it is being processed.

I got my Webcertificate today. Yeah! I cashed out just before the bankrupcy filing so it's been over a month.

I have had more problems with mypoints than I care to. I waited a month for mypoints to be deducted for a Toys-R-Us gift certificate. When I wrote CS, I got a lot of noise until I got just plain rude with them. I finanlly got a good answer for them, but it arrived 3 days before Christmas. I must say it didn't do me much good. They said they now run out of certificates and that if the points aren't deducted by like the third week to a month, that they will put the points back into your pot for further use. The bad thing about this is that this can just keep happening to you. I don't know what the deal is, but it is getting frustrating!
