Is my thinking on this correct?

This is for some friends of mine........they want free dining, I told them no one is sure if they will even offer it again, especially since it has done been offered for this years dates, but I told them to go ahead and book the kids play/stay free offer then if the free dining comes out they should just be able to call and change there promotion, that is if there is availability where they are staying. Of course even if there is not where they are staying they can change where there is availability, Is this correct? I don't want them to book something and not be able to possibly change it.

That is correct, they can change it as many times as they want. There is no pentaly unless it is within the 45 days and they downgrade the package.

I am always changing my packages around to suit my budget.
