The Memberships Extras Acknowledgement and Extras is where I found the statement that either the DL or State IDs with same address are required for picking up the APs. This was in the April 4th revision.
Where are you finding the other documents are allowed? I did think at some time in the past that a few other items were allowed but when I went for the list last night it was only the 2 showing.
As I said though, in practice I think other means are often taken. And my experience was several years ago and my mother still didn't technically have exactly what they wanted but they accepted what we had as proof enough. They might have reduced what's considered allowed for
DVC when they updated with the new restrictions in April. I'd have to dig out our docs from time of purchase to compare but was a little surprised last night to see the short list, but that seems to be it at this time as far as I could tell.
