Is MK crowded on eride nights before 10:00?

I planned to go to MK on a Tuesday getting there early, leaving in the afternoon for a break, then coming back in the evening. I just realized that Tuesday was an e-ride night and we are not planning to do the e-ride as we have a child who would not do well staying up that late. Will it be too crowded on eride night prior to the start of eride to be there that evening? We are also going to go to MK on Wednesday, too. We will be staying at POR and be there this Saturday. I guess I am now second-guessing my original plans.

We were there last Tuesday evening (7/15). There was an e-ride night that night which we didn't stay for (small kids), and we did find the crowds pretty heavy in late afternoon/evening (of course the crowds were heavy every day since it's July!). What surprised me was that when it started raining HARD and didn't let up for over two hours, people stayed--I was hoping that if we toughed out the rain and lightning we'd have light crowds the rest of the evening but that didn't work out (I think maybe partially because many were staying for e-night).

We were at MK on other afternoons and evenings that didn't seem quite as mobbed. I'm not sure if it really had anything to do with e-night on Tuesday, but it seemed so. Still, we had fun Tuesday evening--fast-passes for Buzz and Space Mountain, rode TTA and some other light-wait rides.

I agree. Last year in June we were at MK on an e-ride night and it was crowded. You couldn't get fast passes for anything, lines were long for attractions that normally didn't have over a 10 minute wait, and we were miserable.

Thanks all, it sounds like we should go to MK for the first part of the day and then go to another park for the evening.
