Is Mitcho still on the Magic???

One of our favorite servers is Mitcho (Milencho) from Croatia. He was on vacation the last time we sailed, and he told us that he was hoping to be able to get a job at home. Does anyone know if he is still sailing?

Is his name Micho? If so, yes, he's still on the Magic as he was our server on the 11-15 cruise. He was absolutely incredible and we all miss him so much! His asst. server was Beata. What a great pair!

I wish I knew how to attach a picture of him because I have a great one.

We had Mitcho on the Magic back in January of 2002. He was an excellent server and a nice guy. We have sailed the Wonder twice since so we haven't seen him. We will be back on the Magic this April. I know that for a long time he has wanted to go back to Croatia but has had trouble finding work with decent enough pay. He talked so much about missing his family. I hope we see him but, then again, I hope he gets work back home, if that's what he wants.

We just finished the 11/29 cruise and our server was Micho w/ Beata. They are awsome. Doubled there Tips! My girls were in love with him. He seemed to think he would be back next year when we go again!

My kids also loved him. What an awesome pair they are. I wish I had known......I would have had you say "hi" to them for me! He's one of the biggest reasons I want to go back! What a difference the right server can make!

We found out that Mitcho's birthday is the day after mine. My daughter went to the head server and insisted that we have a birthday party for him...so at the end of the meal, he was called over to our table and told to sit at the empty seat. Unfortunately, we didn't realize till he told us later that he was frightened--he thought he was being disciplined for something! He was totally amazed, and said that no crew member had ever been given a "party" (however small) in the passenger area.

A year later, we made a point of cruising that week again, this time with gifts for him. It was absolutely the highlight of our trip. I'm really glad to hear that he might be aound again this time. We've already put in our request.
