Im in the process of purchasing 160 pts at BCV March UY.
I've opted to do MB for my 2003 pts.
My next June ressie will require I borrow 85 2005 pts.
Now I'm reconsidering MB. If I elect to not use MB I will have 160 pts for 2003 still within 100% banking window and it will cost me 4 months of dues. Is this correct?
Yes my contract will cost me $1600 more dollars but Im paying dues for points I sold back.
On the other hand, if I opt not to use MB, this increases my point cost to $84 ppt and with the SSR deal at $79 ppt that throws in another consideration. This means the SSR contract for 160 pts would cost us $800 less than the BCV contract, plus we'd have all the points and a dues grace period.
Since BCV point schedule is fairly uncomplicated as far as views and no GV's wouldn't that be fairly easy to book except at hi peak times?
If we book at 7 months for BCV, could we at least get in the door(ressie) to use SAB if we wanted to?
If I had a point sched. for SSR it would make things clearer.
Is all this correct or I am missing pieces of this equation?
Now my head is spinning.......
