Is making adr still at 180 days?

We are planning now for sept-oct 2009, and just wanted to make sure when we can start making adr for the trip, is it still currently at 180 day mark for all parks and resort locations.

No. It has changed to 90 days.

No, unfortunately it changed a while back ago to 90 days. I'm waiting for my window to open in a couple of weeks.

No, it was changed to 90 days. If you are a Disney resort guest, you can call 90 days from you check in date and make up to 10 days worth of ADR's. If you are staying off site, you will need to call for each ADR 90 days before you wish to dine. HTH!
