Is Magical Memories Villa a good choice with kids?

Hoping someone might have stayed here before that can share their experience with us. We chose this one because it had the full kitchen and really wasn't too pricy. We have a 8,4, and 2 yr old. We got the 2 bd room one so that everyone could have a bed of their own. Hoping that we made the right choice here.
