Is lunch at the castle hard to get?

I know getting breakfast is a big event, is it hard to get lunch as well??

My BIL called yesterday trying to get breakfast OR lunch at any time during their stay in mid June and nothing was available. It's not that I didn't warn him.

I think it depends on when you plan. I was able to get my pick of times in the middle of August just yesterday.

I just called last week to make a lunch reservation for the beginning of Sept. and the earliest I could get was 1:10pm.

Lunch and dinner are getting harder to book. I tried about two months ago to get ADRs for our trip in May and there was nothing available during the 10 days that we are there. It was a last minute decision so I'm not that upset.
