Is Liberty Tree Tavern fully wheelchair accessible?

Hi everyone. I've got a lunch reservation booked for the Liberty Tree Tavern on my birthday, during this upcoming trip :woohoo:. We've never been there before, but it looked nice, so we thought we'd give it a whirl. Only thing is, since booking, I've found a couple of photos that show some steps in the interior. Is there a ramped alternative for every set of steps, or are some areas that are inaccessible? If so, if I warn them ahead of time will they be able to find us an accessible place to sit? I should be able to walk a short distance to a seat if necessary, but I'd rather not risk putting myself in extra pain, especially on my birthday.

Thanks in advance for any information! :thumbsup2

There are some areas of the restaurant that are not accessible, including the restrooms which are up a flight or narrow stairs.

Wheelchairs (for dining) are routed through a side entrance near the Christmas Store to a table on the first dining level, so no big problem for dining. Be sure to tell them when you check-in that you need to remain in your chair so they can block a table on that level.

Ah right, thanks for the heads up! I'll let them know when we get to Florida then. Only a few more days now! :yay:

Thanks again! :goodvibes

Just for clarification, I meant that you should advise them that you'll be remaining in the wheelchair when you check-in at the restaurant for your ADR (in fact I recommend checking in a little early (like 15 to 20 minutes) so they are aware you need a table on the first level.

Ah right, so you don't think it will be necessary to let them know before the day?

I would probably call now and ask that they add it to the computer. Then, when you check in, let the CM who checks you in know what you need.
