Is Les Chefs worth it?

Finally locked in ressies, is Les Chefs worth keeping or should I start begging for a new place?

We have eaten there our last two trips and it is now on our list of "must dos". The food is excellent and the atmosphere is very nice. The first time we went the service was a bit slow but the second time it was excellent. We had an older gentleman serving us who had been there for over 20 years. On the way out he kissed my wife's hand like a true french man.

Its been almost 10 years since my wife and I were there, but we're going again in December and liked it so much we've booked it for 2 dinners. I loved the atmosphere and the food was awesome.
