Is it worth saying anything?

On our Alaska cruise a few weeks ago, I bought the souveier coffe mug with wine. The wine was great and was looking forward to using the travel mug this winter. As I was washing it this weekend for only the second time, the inside Part came out. Lie the glue that held the cup to the insulating later just disintegrated. If you look at the cost of the drink versus the cost of the drink with cup, it probably cost me $5. But I'm still bummed and it seems absurd.

Thoughts? If it's worth saying something, who would I contact? It's the only thing I got with that cool 2017 moose logo.

It is worth saying something to get a replacement. Regardless of the price, if it fell apart that quickly, I would try and get a new one.
Contact DCL via the Contact Us page and see if they can suggest something for you.

I would, especially since it's a special souvenir. My husaband contacted Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com when the zipper on his Star Wars hoodie from our SWDAS cruise broke. I'm not sure if they would be the correct people for you, but he got their contact details when we were at WDW after our cruise, in the hope of getting it fixed while we were there.

Sorry to hear that. I also bought 2, 1 with the wine and one for hot chocolate for my son. We have used them a few times for trips with coffee and so far they have held up. Not sure about the long term. What could it hurt to ask? If they say no then you are no worse off than you are today ;)

I don't think it's weird to send an email. Your post doesn't make you sound demanding or irate at all, so I would guess your email to them would be similarly polite and well-received... and I would think they'd rather know now than have a bunch of irate people emailing in a month after they keep selling defective mugs!
