So I have to come here and say THANK YOU !! to eveyone who told me AKL was amazing . We had a great time last weekend there . The weather was chilly but we did walk around the resort and get to see many animals . We had drinks at the bar and they were YUMMY !! Had a white wine sangeria that was great !!

Had breakfast every day at the Mara except one day we ate breakfast at Boma ... LOVED their juice what ever it was I need to know how to make it or get it ! This from a woman who NEVER drinks juice in the morning !

Now I have yet another great resort to stay at ! Thanks everyone !!

I'm so glad you had a great time! That juice is so magnificent!!!! Jungle Juice is the name. They also had it on the Wild Africa Trek and I couldn't get enough. They were actually going to throw what was left away and I rescued that wonderful juice and enjoyed it the rest of the day.

Frunch (Boma)
Animal Kingdom Lodge

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups mango juice
1/2 cup pineapple concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 cups fresh orange juice
3 cups water
4 Tablespoons grenadine

Method:

Mix all ingredients together. Serve over ice in a tall glass. Serves 8.
