Hi,
We are on the Deluxe Dining plan this trip and most days I have us doing a
2TS along with a 1TS. However, there is one day that we have 3 ADR's ad they are all character meals.
8:05 Ohana
12:35 Chef Mickey's
5:10 1900 Park fare

Do you think i should drop one? We are taking an easy day and only doing MK for a couple hours and then we are planning to head to MNSSHP after 1900 Park fare.

So our day would go. .

Ohana, MK, Chef Mickey's, hotel to rest, 1900 Park Fare, MNSSHP

It is just me, DD(3) and "Grandma"
Thanks for your help

IMO, that's a lot of eating & characters in a short time frame, even for adults. And then MNSSHP on top of it. Wow!

I'd just do a character breakfast (late morning), swim a bit and then take a nap before heading to the MK around 4-5 pm. Grab counter service and enjoy the party.

If you do all those meals, I think you will all be too tired to do much at the MNSSHP.

wow, your going to spend your whole day sitting in resturants.
Think character meals can take 1 1/2 maybe 2hr's sometimes.
That's up to 6 hours sitting still.

Is that really how you want to spend your time at Disney?
If it is, hey it's your trip. Enjoy

Personally my 3 year old want to do rides, ride and more rides.
With a character meet and greet thrown in occasionally.
We might do 1 character meal a whole trip.

I think that's a lot and the spacing between them just isn't enough especially between breakfast and lunch. I would drop one. We happen to have 2 TS meals on our MK day...CRT lunch at 1:10PM and then 'Ohana at 7:10PM and DHS day...Sci-Fi at 11:05AM and California Grill at 7:35PM. We'll eat an afternoon snack since we'll start getting hungry before our dinner reservations. The only character meal we have booked is CRT for DD to celebrate her 4th birthday.

I agree...That is one busy day!!! No time to breathe and enjoy. But if you stick to it...HAVE A BLAST!!!!

My kids at 3 loved the character meals. I think youll have a blast

We do 3 TS meals a day everyday on the DxDP and it works perfectly for us. That said, your times are way too close together. You might have 2 hours in between each meal by the time you are done eating and with all 3 meals being all you care to eat/buffets then I think you are setting yourself up for one long day.

So I'd either spread them out (8-9 am, 1-2 pm and 7-8pm worked well for us) or cancel one of them.

Thanks!

I think we will drop one.

As far as character meals go, DD LOVES them. She loves characters in general. (She can't wait to go back and give mickey, Snow white, minnie cinderella etc. a hug) So I am not worried about that.
I know we will have a great time either way. We are planning to take this trip slow not worry about rushing to rope drops, rides etc.
Thanks again for the input!

If it were up to me i would drop Ohana and 1900 fare but keep chef mickeys then would try to get a ADR for Askerus on another day of my trip or better yet CRT. It is 2credits but i am not sure if there will be any availablility. If you are going to drop one then 1900 fare would be my suggestion to drop. The one good thing is that all of your adrs are in MK area.

And I think I'd try to get CRT instead of 1900 Park Fare since it's at MK and you won't have to worry about traveling to get back to MNSSHP.

I would not do three all you can eat meals in a row with so little spacing, and then MNSSHP. That's too much for adults, never mind little kids. I'd either drop the lunch, or move it to a late lunch and drop the dinner.

We decided to drop lunch. DD is going to be drizella (stepsister) for MNSSHP so I don't want to drop 1900 park fare. Thanks again

I think that was a good decision and now you have a much more doable plan for the day.

I think that's a great plan. Our Grandsons didn't like alot of attractions last time we took them. They were scared of alot (3&5 yo) but they did like the characters.

Also, when my son was little, he liked the characters alot. We didn't rush from attraction to attraction with him either. That worked out great, we took it slow & he never had a single Disney Meltdown.
