Is it too late to get a DME packet mailed to us?

When we booked our resort stay several months ago we planned to get a rental car from the airport and then drop it off at Miami airport before cruising. Our plans just changed so we'll be able to take DME then we plan to pick up a rental car either from the Dolphin or CCC the evening before check out.

So for an April 5 check in, would they still mail us a packet? Is it too late?

Not too late at all. They usually mail them 3-4 weeks out anyway.

According to DME, they need just 10 days lead time. So, you should be fine.
