Is it too late to book a room for Feb 11-18 useing AP discounts?

I just read on all ears that to use the best rate program for AP that you have to book at least 120 days in advance?? Is that true?! I was almost convinced to buy the AP for my Feb trip but then I read this detail about booking 120 days in advance and almost cried!! Help, is this fact true??!!

They changed it to 60 days, so you have plenty of time!!
