Is it too early to make my pies today?

I was going to do it tomorrow, but I think today would work better in my time table. I am particularly concerned about pumpkin because of the eggs and milk.

Today will be fine. And I would keep those pumpkin pies in a cool place (the fridge if there is room, if not, cover them up and put them out on the screen porch, in the garage or down in the basement. The apple pies you can leave out on the counter (not a good idea in my house, they will end up half eaten if I do that).

Thanks. I will make them today. I am making traditional pumpkin and pecan, and also trying a crust-less cranberry pie this year.
